Dennis can handle row - Coulthard
David Coulthard is backing McLaren boss Ron Dennis to resolve the row between Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso.
The pair met on Thursday ahead of the Turkish GP, with their dispute three weeks ago Hungary still simmering.
But Red Bull star Coulthard, who spent nine seasons at McLaren, said: "Ron is as experienced as any team principal to deal with what happened.
"I remember watching Prost and Senna, and I am sure (feuds) happened with other McLaren drivers before them."
The relationship between Hamilton and Alonso became even more strained in Budapest after the Spaniard was relegated to sixth place on the grid for blocking Hamilton in the pits during qualifying.
Speaking in Istanbul, Coulthard used their battle to mischievously wind up Ferrari's Felipe Massa, who was attending the same media conference.

During the second qualifying session in Hungary, Massa ground to a halt in the pit lane after the team forgot to re-fuel his car.
Coulthard said: "How do we know Ferrari deliberately did not put fuel in Felipe's car?
"Maybe that was a team decision to benefit Kimi (Raikkonen). How do you forget to put fuel in the car? No-one said anything about that."
Massa, who qualified 14th and could only finish 13th in the race, smiled uncomfortably and replied: "It was a misunderstanding."
Coulthard replied: "It's a pretty fundamental misunderstanding. I think it's a conspiracy to favour Kimi! Good luck."
